The Childhood of a Leader

Childhood chief this chilling tale about the origins of fascism, directed by Brady Corbet (David from the US version of Funny Games Michael Hannekego). Drama-fiction history tells the story of a boy who is in the countryside outside Paris shortly after World War I (newcomer Tom Sweet). The child's father is the envoy of the US government Woodrow Wilson (Liam Cunningham, Game of Thrones) and participates in the work on the Treaty of Versailles. Mother (Bérénice Bejo, The Artist) is the frustrated cosmopolitan and conservative Protestant in one person. The attention of the boy devotes only a governess, played by Stacy Martin (Nimfomanka). High IQ is whispering to him more and more radical forms of rebellion ... We are seeing the birth of the title leader.
